Header Image does not show up in mobile view, tested multiple themes

After trying multiple themes, (Vantage/All Rounder/Generate Press/Hestia), I am still having the same issue.
In the desktop view, and the mobile preview, my site looks great. When I open it on my phone, or other phones, the header/logo does not appear. Please help. I’m exhausted with this.
