My blog is a separate page on my website. When you go to this page, the title is HUGE and I don’t know how to make it smaller. It really detracts from the rest of the page, especially on a mobile device. Where can I go to decrease the size of the title (I have listed a date in this field) and can I remove the wording ‘Category Archives’ in front of the title? The specific URL for this page is www.laurakalister.com/blog
Thanks in advance

Hi Lkalister
Thanks for reaching out.
Head over to Appearance > Customize > Theme Design > Fonts and adjust the Page Title Size. It’s set to 100 at the moment.
Removing “Category Archives:” requires a child theme. Are you using posts for anything other than your blog? If not, you can do the following:
1. Create a page called Blog.
2. Go to Settings > Reading and set Blog as your posts page.
Hi Andrew,
Thanks so much for the fix on the font size. This is perfect. I am still new to all this so appreciate your patience.
As for the blog, I did set up the page as you described below (#1 and #2). I'm not so familiar with child themes – does this go on top of the vantage premium theme I already have? If so, where would I do this?
Thanks again!
Laura
We might not need to go down the child theme route.
If you have setup your blog page as I indicated then, please, go to Appearance > Menus and remove the Blog link item you have there. Then insert your page called Blog. Category Archives should then no longer be present.
Yay! It worked. Thank you so much, Andrew!!
Super :) Glad to hear that helped. All the best with your site.
