I made made an update to the header widget of a website using the Vantage theme. The update was to add a link to the content that was already there. Now when any page on the site loads, the header content “jumps” but then renders properly.
Hi Zdavkd,
Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?
Hi Alex,
Yes, it is TravelByHart.com.
Hi Zdavkd,
This is an odd one. Please move the following CSS from WP AdminAppearanceCustom CSS to WP AdminAppearanceCustomize, Additional CSS:
How does that look? Please note that this may not have a noticeable effect.
Hi Alex,
That seems to have helped but not resolved completely.

Hi Zdavkd
Unfortunately, your best bet at this point would be to move the layout builder in your Header widget area to your Masthead widget area. Then add the logo to your layout builder as moving the widget to the masthead widget area will result in the logo being hidden.
Hi Alex,
Thanks, I originally did not create this site but was just trying to help a friend. We're okay with the logo but just trying to correct the image and text from "jumping" when the page loads. Are you saying this is being caused by the logo loading?
Hi Zdavkd,
It’s more the how the header sidebar contains a full width layout builder and the logo is being moved over by CSS. If that wasn’t happening, this jump wouldn’t occur. If you move the logo to the layout builder (with spacing and all) the issue won’t be present.
Ok, thanks Alex. Appreciate your help.
