Header 1 Tag white space or padding

How do I manipulate the white space or padding around the Header 1 tag. I do not like to amount of white space added to the Header 1 tag, I am using vantage theme with page builder and a visual editor widget.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Because the h1 is in it’s own row you can edit that row by clicking the wrench icon far right then click the Theme tab and enable the No Bottom Margin setting.
