    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Adenestar,

I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues using SiteOrigin Page Builder. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

If that doesn’t help, can you please show me a screenshot of what you’re seeing when you’re trying to edit your page? Please note that we’re currently unable to process attachments so you’ll need to upload the image to a third party image hosting site like Imgur or vgy.me.

i did as you asked, i realized that it was one particular plugin that is causing siteorigin to shutdown. It a
visual CSS editor for WordPress. Customize any theme and page visually without coding “Yellow Pencil”

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Adenestar,

Thanks for running the plugin conflict test. That’s strange. We haven’t heard of any other reports of issues with that plugin. Does this issue occur when all non-SiteOrigin plugins are disabled, except Yellow Pencil, and you’re using a default theme?

yes it occurs when all non site origin plugins are disabled. i have gone over it multiple times, i really love the plugin and most of the customization are done with yellow pencil until i start experiencing this challenge. i am using Hueman Theme

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Adenestar,

Just to confirm, this happens when using a default theme (ie. Twenty Seventeen, Twenty Nineteen, etc)?
Are there any pending plugin updates (this can be seen at WP AdminDashboardUpdates) for any SiteOrigin plugins or yellow pencil? If so, please complete any pending updates.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Adenestar,

Okay cool. Can you please try using a default theme to see if that helps? This will allow us to establish a baseline and rule out any theme incompatibilities that might be causing this issue.
