Gutenberg – Site Origin Widget Bundle Not compatible

I am working in Gutenberg now. And deactivated all plugins in order of activation. Turns out your Site Origin Widget Bundle interferes with Gutenberg pages and posts. The “saving” mode gets stuck whether saving to draft or publishing. The only way to stop it is to refresh. Then everything is saved. But when I change something and click save, the stuck mode starts all over again.

It all worked again when I deactivated the Site Origin Widget Bundle. Thought you would want to know and create a fix. The Page Builder by Site Origin doesn’t seem to be a problem.

    Hi Ben,

    Unfortunately, a recent change in Gutenberg has broken our integration. We’ve identified the source of this issue and will be releasing an update shortly to fix this issue.

    Thanks Alex. Glad to hear a fix is on the way. I can only imagine how many fixes will be needed across all my websites, themes and plugins, when Guten 5.0 is launched Nov 17. I am learning Gutenberg with a new website to get ahead of the curve hopefully. Onward…Upward! Sharon
