Hi,
I have a Gravity Forms form which uses conditionals and I can’t get it to display while Site Builder is activated. I have tried several options from your and GF’s support site without success. My test page link is http://skysnodev2.everestcloud.com/ljr-test-2/
Gravity Forms Support stated:
Yes, we are aware of issues with some versions of that plugin. I would recommend reporting the conflict to the author of that software, and if they need our assistance resolving the issue, have them contact us here:

Thank you.
Hi Tony,
Just to confirm, when only SiteOrigin Page Builder and Gravity Forms are enabled and a default is used, does this issue occur? If so, I’ll log this as a bug in our issue tracker.
Yes, with just SO and GF activated and a conditional field the problem occurs.
Hi Tony,
What about with a default theme? I know your theme is based on Twenty Fourteen but it looks like you’ve made a number of changes so it’s not really in its default state anymore.
I tried it with a basic theme as well. Same problem.
Hi Tony,
Thanks.
Unfortunately, I can’t seem to replicate this issue with Gravity Forms. Can you please send me an export of your form(s)? This will hopefully allow me to replicate this issue. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.
Here is the exported form from Gravity Forms.
Hi Tony,
Unfortunately, we’re unable to process email attachments at this time. You’ll need to upload the export to a website like teknik.io or Pastebin.
Here is the link to download. https://1drv.ms/u/s!AqJqvXXZgx2v2asixwZmI-W7hOBFoA
Hi Tony,
Thanks. The exported form works for me without issue. Hm. Can you send me a copy of the shortcode you’re using to add it to the page?
Also, can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins (leave Gravity Forms enabled) and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
Hi Alex,
I will do further testing on my website.
