This error means you’ve run out of memory (read: RAM) during installation. I would recommend disabling all plugins and using a default theme before trying to install Consultant. If the installation still fails, you’ll need to increase your memory limit. This article would be a good read as it’ll outline how to change it. You’ll need to edit wp-config.php. If you’re unfamiliar with FTP, I would recommend asking your hosting provider for help with editing this file.
