Google Mobile Usability Issues

I do not know how to make my website mobile friendly. Is there a tutorial on this? Google emailed me in regards to this as well. Content wider than screen, clickable elements too close together, text too small to read. Thank you for your help, I appreciate it. hyrnrg.com/shop

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Chris

    Thanks for posting your question.

For elements that are styled by Page Builder, Page Builder is responsible for the styling. Other styling elements are controlled by your theme. Your site seems to be working fine on mobile for me. I’ve chased down similar recommendations for a personal site. Unfortunately, it’s quite time-consuming and laborious. There isn’t one setting or easy fix that can be applied. The Google tool is also not very specific, as a result you have to make a change, re-run the tool and then see if the results are different.

Thanks Andrew, I spent the whole entire day doing that yesterday with Google. It looks fine on my end too, on my phone? I did write to Kadence, Virtue theme to see what they say. I appreciate your response. :)

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks, Chris. If there are any specific usability questions we can assist with, please, let us know. Some of the areas of the page are controlled by SiteOrigin, and some areas are controlled by the theme.

    Cheers

one more thing, sorry, when I created the website with the theme Virtue, I had no clue what I was doing, I just added text where to add text, images, gallery, etc. everything available on the free version in SiteOrigin, or followed the themes easy instructions. I never resized clicks or links or the page size, I did what was automatic. Never changed anything with css coding (don't know how) maybe added with someone elses help, but nothing that changed the layouts. The only thing that I could have done is added image files too large maybe? So, I cannot figure out what I personally did to make Google flag my website.
    cheers! 🙂

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Chris

The report sent is from an automated tool that scans pages looking for certain patterns. Each item raised has to be assessed on its own and then addressed if the site owner feels it’s worth the effort. The page has to be rescanned to see if the fix helped, but you can’t always tell which item on the page the tool is referring to. Some items might be from your theme from the start; others might be due to your selection, like font size or padding etc.

    Kind regards

    Andrew

    Hi, I Work Here

Very fine usability points for particular resolutions. If it’s a priority, then it’s something you can spend time on but otherwise, you could test your site yourself and perhaps ask users if they have anything they’d like improved.
