Google Maps Plugin non-functioning

As of 23 Jun 2016, the map displaying my business location is not showing up: https://www.axiomhypnosis.com/index.php/contact/

All plugins have are latest, as well as WP.

I have removed the widget and replaced it to no avail.

I’m using the latest Tesseract theme.

There were no issues until today.

TIA.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Jimmy,

This is due to a Google update that requires API keys to be used from now on. For more information please refer to this post.

Awkwardly, we weren’t aware of this change as it literally happened on the same day we released 1.6. Basically, to resolve this issue you’re going to have to add a Google Maps API key to your SiteOrigin Google Maps widget. In the next version, which should hopefully be released very soon, we’re looking to enforce the API key requirement. :(

To create an API key please navigate to this page and click the blue “Get a Key” button and follow the prompts.

I applied my Google API and the same issue exists. I made sure that your plugin was up-to-date.

Look forward to your reply, Jimmy. I have the Vantage Premium theme and just ran into this problem. My friend’s site is supposed to go live July 1 and hope this can be resolved soon :) Thanks to everyone at SiteOrigin for their hard work!

To clarify, have you added an API key to your Google Maps widget?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Everybody,

After an absolute tonne of testing and issue debugging with users, the most common issue is incorrectly setup API keys. If you’re still having issues (and you already have the latest version of the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle), please recheck all of your settings in the Google API Console.

Which are the correct Settings for the key or what keyversion do I have to create.

I don’t get the plugin working again.

    Hi Jimmy,

There are too many potential differences to list but the most common is simply authorising the domain that the API key being used on. Please refer to this help doc for more information and steps to add it.

Create the most recent version possible.
