Hi,
I have 2 different company websites that have the same 2 locations on them. I am using the Site Origin maps widget on both sites and the one website is displaying the icons, while the other site is not. I tried using the same address on both websites but the information would still not appear on the one website so I tried using the Lat/Long instead and that didn’t work either. I had the server checked to see if anything was conflicting and there are no current issues that would be preventing them from displaying.
I would like the two locations Terrace, BC and Kamloops, BC to appear on this website: http://fizzy-shake.flywheelsites.com/contact-us/
On our other website: http://unusual-plot.flywheelsites.com/locations/ the Terrace and Kamloops locations are appearing. Here are screenshots:

On this site, I also had all the dealer locations (green sort buton on the locations page) with icons that were appearing that are no longer working. If you could please help me, that would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Kelsey
Hi Kelsey,
Would it be possible for you to send me an export for incorrect SiteOrigin Google Maps widget? To do this please open up the linked page in the editor and click the Layout button in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.
Hi Alex,
Here is the file for the contact page on the first site (http://fizzy-shake.flywheelsites.com/contact-us/).

I can’t download the other one right now because the site origin widgets bundle is conflicting with my other plugins, making only half of them display, so I will be opening another support request to find out what is going on for that site.
If you need anything else or have any questions, please let me know.
Thanks,
Kelsey
Hi Kelsey,
Okay so I’ve taken a look at your layout and another look at your website and the issue is basically the zoom. Basically, you can’t see the other markers because of how far the zoom is. If you zoom in on (for example) Edmonton, you’ll see all of the markers.
Hi Alex,
Those are different locations, the ones I am trying to get to appear are our Terrace, BC and Kamloops, BC locations. Which they are appearing on another website of ours using siteorigin’s google maps, with the same zoom level. I tried adding them the same way they are on this site but they won’t appear. I tried using addresses and switching them to lat/long and that didn’t work either. Below are links to show you where they should be displaying.

There is one green icon on this map that looks like the Terrace location but it is actually Smithers, which is a different location.
If you have any questions please let me know.
Thanks,
Kelsey
Hi Kelsey
Sorry for the delay.
Ah. My mistake. Okay, so it appears as though those two markers display if you either remove any other map marker or reorder the relevant markers to the top. I’m not too sure why this is, but to confirm, does this happen for you?
Hi Alex,
Thank you! I am not sure why but that seemed to of done the trick. I just moved them to the top and now they are appearing.
Thanks again,
Kelsey
Hi Kelsey
I suspect it may related to the latlng usage but I’ve been unable to verify this so far.
Let me know if you run into any additional issues with your markers (regardless of whether reordering them helps or not).
