Google Maps added Api but still not showing

I have updated my SO Widget bundle plugin with the new API fix, I have generated a Browser API with google under credentials and after 5 minutes used that key (copy and pasted) in the widget. when I save and update however, I am still not seeing the map. I have cleared cookies and caches on my browser.

The error msg i see in my console = Google Maps API error: ApiNotActivatedMapError

I checked back on google and the API is showing under Enabled – not really sure what the next troubleshooting steps would be.

    Hi Robert,

    As per this page, ApiNotActivatedMapError is an issue with your Google Maps API settings. I would recommend reviewing every possible setting to ensure you haven’t missed something.

      Robert never replied, I should be able to help you though.

      Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box. Also, try viewing the map. Then could you please send me the contents of your console? Please refer to this guide (https://www.wickedlysmart.com/hfjsconsole/) on how to access your browser console.
