    Hi Tamás Fodor

Unfortunately, I can’t seem to replicate this issue. Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?

    Hi,

    Sure:

With broken map + video :http://www.funside.hu/teszt/

    Same map, no video:http://www.funside.hu/teszt2/

    Hi Tamás,

There’s a JavaScript error on the page with the video, but I can’t tell the source due to your minify plugin. Can you please temporarily disable your minify plugin? This will allow me to work out where this issue is coming from.

    Hi Tamás,

Unfortunately, both of those links require a login to access.
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

    Hi Tamás,

Thanks. The error pages don’t appear to have errors on the test site. Are you able to replicate this issue on the test site?

Purely for reference (mostly to myself), here are the test pages on the test site:

    Hi,

It turned out the the Map widget disappear as soon I turn on the Yoast SEO (v6.3; I did rolled back till version 4; made no difference). As soon I turn it off, the map loads correctly.

If you use the live edit more, what I can see is that adding the Video widget won’t do any harm as soon I paste a Youtube URL in it. Having an “empty” Video widget has no effect on the map widget.

Now you can see that the test page is broken again, because I left Yoast SEO turned on…

    I hope this will help,
    Tom

    Hi Tamás,

    Sorry for the delay.

So, to confirm, on this page the Google Map isn’t showing at all? I ask because Yoast is currently active and the Google Map is appearing without issue for me so I’m not too sure what’s going on.

Regardless, I just noticed that I didn’t ask you to do a plugin conflict yet. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins (leave Yoast active) and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Hi,

Yes that page is good, because there is no video widget on it. But in the http://teszt.funside.hu/teszt/ there is, so the map does not work.

    So:

Active video widget + active Yoast = broken map widget
No active video widget + active Yoast = working map widget
Active video widget + no active Yoast = working map widget

I already made a plug-in check having everything else turned off. That’s how I have found that Yoast has something to do with this…

FYI: no luck after the Yoast 6.3.1 update either :S

    Hi Tamás,

To confirm, does this issue occur when only Yoast and our plugins are activated? I ask because we can’t replicate this issue. If it does, would it be possible for us to create a backup of your website so we run some tests against it? Specifically at the code level (which for debugging reasons, we need direct access to the files).
