Google don’t read my breadcrumbs

Hi,
I have added breadcrumbs to my vantge premium site, but in webmastertools it says that it have a error because the last page (the page were you are supposed to end up) is missing an url, and therefore google won´t read them (or that is my assumption why google won’t read them)
This is how I done in page.php:

get_header(); ?>
<?php if ( function_exists('yoast_breadcrumb') ) {
		yoast_breadcrumb('<p id="breadcrumbs">','');
	} ?>
<div id="primary" class="content-area">
	<div id="content" class="site-content" role="main">

Hope you can help me to figure out what is wrong :)
