I am using siteorigin north theme. Issue is non visibility of google adsense advertisement, tried below both option if no ads available
First option : Collapse the ad unit, otherwise show blank space
Current option : Show other URL
Action initiated
– Included adsense code in head tag
– Included ad code in side bar using text widget option

What happens if you add the entire Google Ad code to a single CUstom HTML widget rather than splitting up the code?
