Glitch: Mobile Menu Shifts on iOS (Safari & Firefox Only)

Hello,
We’ve noticed a strange behavior with the mobile menu on iPhones when viewing our site: https://catforster.com/.

When a menu link is tapped, the menu briefly shifts sideways, exposing part of the page underneath. It then hangs in that position for a moment before finally loading the selected page.

This issue only occurs on Safari and Firefox for iOS. It does not occur on Chrome for iPhone, nor does it happen on Android devices.

Is there a way to fix this glitch?

Jason

    Hi Jason

Does the issue occur when testing the Vantage demo? https://demo.siteorigin.com/vantage/

It doesn't seem to have that behavior on your demo site.

Thanks for checking. You can try temporarily deactivating all non-SiteOrigin plugins to see if a plugin conflict is involved.

I have tried deactivating all but the siteorigin plugins and I still see the menu behavior that I mentioned.

    Hi Jason

Was your caching plugin cleared and deactivated during testing?

I deactivated the caching plugin. Would I need to clear it as well?

    Hi, I Work Here

Ideally clear and deactivate. It’s best to leave performance type plugins deactivated while you’re actively troubleshooting an issue.
