Super, glad to hear you’ve made progress with the initial issue. We sometimes see users click the resolved checkbox without having resolved the issue (by accident). If you resolve an issue, kindly also let us know with a quick comment. Thanks :)
The Slider widget, unfortunately, doesn’t offer a height limitation setting at the moment. You could, however, use the Hero widget which does offer this setting but would require a bit of work to make the change. Another option would be to change the row layout from full width stretched to just full width or default, that would reduce the height a bit.
