Getting around WP blocks to use So Page builder

I just set up a new WP site. I have installed SO Page builder, SO widgets and SO premium. I created a new page, but there is no way to invoke the SO page builder. All I have is the WP blocks [which I hate].
how do I get Page Builder into action?
