GetResponse forms not responsive with SiteOrigin?

Hello,
My site is weignitegrowth.com (theme: SiteOrigin North) and I have GetResponse forms on it. The forms show fine on desktop, but not on mobile. They don’t seem to be responsive on full-width pages, which is also breaking my site menu on mobile.

The forms work fine on the blog posts pages. Can you please help?

    Hi, thanks for reaching out.

    When able, please, try running a quick test. Temporarily switch to any other theme, perhaps Twenty Nineteen. Is there any change in the form behavior?
