General question about using Page Builder

I’m using the Woo Storefront theme and considering using SiteOrigin Page Builder. But I’m wondering if after I build my site, is it OK to delete the plug in, or do I forever after have to keep it up to date in order to keep my site looking good? I’m new to all this, and I don’t understand if builder apps are just a tool for building or a whole system that locks you in. Thank you for your help!

    Hi Noni

    Thanks for reaching out.

    You can deactivate Page Builder but some functionality won’t function or appear as it did before. For example, Full Width Stretched rows use JavaScript to work with any theme. Once Page Builder has been deactivated, that JavaScript is removed meaning the row would revert to a standard width row.
