galery column setting disappeared

Hi here, I don’t know what I done or not done, but I don’t have any more the possibility to choose the number of column… So there are set on 3, and it’s not what I want to have, why is that ? Can you help ? see here for instance :

    Sorry to hear about the hassle. Perhaps try inserting your gallery into Page Builder using the Add Media button contained in the Visual Editor widget. To get access to this widget first install the following plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/black-studio-tinymce-widget/.

    Thanks Andrew for this tip but it doesn’t change anything about having or not the possibility to change the amount of column on gallery for me. I found a way with the Page Builder galery plugins, where I finally have this option ” choosing the amount of column” available. I will live with that. Thanks for your help anyway.
