Full Width Rows Not Working

Hi there!

I actually moved to SiteOrigin from Visual Composer recently. They had an issue after the WP 4.5 update that makes me nervous for the future.

We are attempting to create sections on a home page using background colors on full width rows. The problem is that the full width option does not work as expected.

I have tried both Full Width and Full Width Stretched.

I have to assume that the theme we are using may be getting in the way of something. It is the Marine theme from Themeforest.net. http://marinewp.wpengine.com/business-layout/

Hopefully it is not the theme and you give me a cool fix to use. :)

If needed I can provide a link for you to check out.
