    Hi Isa

    Thanks for reaching out.

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?

The Create smooth scroll functionality isn’t compatible with the WordPress 5.5 jQuery Migrate change so it’s causing an error. JavaScript errors interfere with other plugins using JavaScript, in this case, Page Builder. To temporarily resolve the issue you can install https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/.

    Hi Andrew,

it works!! but you said it will be temporarily, do you know until when this jquery could hold the main issue?

    Hi Isa

Super, glad to hear you’re making progress. The author of the originating issue will need to resolve the problem. In this case, the Create smooth scroll functionality. Once jQuery Migrate Helper isn’t showing any warnings, you can remove the plugin.
