Hi, I was able to have pictures fiull size, allmost full screen before and now not anymore. Even when I’m setting my pictures width 1200, hey remain small – probably around 600px. I#ve seen the option “full width on pages” but I want to have the same for my posts (blog), for example like on this one :

Hi (N@+)
Under Appearance > Theme Settings > Blog ensure Featured Image type is set to Large. The Blog will render full width like that if no widgets have been added to the sidebar at Appearance > Widgets: Sidebar.
Witch is what I did. And I do have my featured picture full screen – thx for that. But what about the picture into the post ? how to have it full screen or the dimension I want to have it ?
Ahh right, I’m with you now. The image you’ve inserted is Large: 720px. Go to that post, hover over the image, click the pencil to edit it. Change the size from Large to Full Size.
Hope that helps.
I did it already, this is the point. for example, the image is 1080px large but it#s apear smaller what even dimension I will give to this picture… The reason I’m asking you is that before, this appearance could be change through the setting ” post format” by choising between default and full width. Now, there is no choice anymore for post : it’s default format… how to come back having this choice again ?
Although the image is marked as full size there is still a width and height attribute being inserted.
Please can you let me know what happens if you re-insert the image?
Are you using Photon from Jetpack? Were you using this service previously?
If you still have no luck here, please send through a temporary set of login details to [email protected]. Please send one email (not automated WP email) and include a link back to this thread.
ahhhh ! yes, you master !!!! I was using Photon from Jetpack – without knowing it. I just switch it of and know I have my real dimension, thank you so much !!!!
Epic. Really glad to hear that solved it.
All the best.
All the best to you too ! (thx again)
