Hello-
I have had SiteOrigin Page builder active since August with no issues. I just noticed that the 2 pages I have with your product are no longer full Row width.
I attached the screen shot of one of my active views.
Currently using: WordPress 4.5.1
Page Builder by SiteOrigin. Version 2.4.6
SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle. Version 1.5.11
If i start a new page with one of your prebuilt themes, for example, it goes back to full page width. I’d like to avoid having to rebuild all the pages.
Thanks for you input.
Hi Phil
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:
[email protected]
Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.
Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

Hi Andrew-
Did you receive notification from WordPress?
Thanks Phil :) Taking a look shortly.

Hey Phil, is this a problem page?
Private Snippet
It looks like the row holding the Layout Builder is set to Full Width and not Full Width Stretched. I’m unable to open the Layout Builder widget, the widget won’t get past the loading phase. This can be caused by a plugin conflict or more likely a PHP memory shortage issue.
A quick note for any new pages, the Layout Builder widget adds a level of added complexity, it’s a dream within a dream so to speak :) It doesn’t look like you needed to use it on the page in question. If that’s the case, rather save it for when you need to build a layout within a single column.
You can install this plugin to check memory usage levels: https://wordpress.org/plugins/server-ip-memory-usage/
