Full Width Layout Issue – Not Going Full Width

Hi,

Version 2.5.11 – Full Width Stretched Layout Issue

I’ve got this (post linked above) exact same issue. Everything aligns just fine except for the ‘Full Width Stretched’ and ‘Full Width’. At the start margin-left and padding-left is always at 0. But when I resize my screen they keep randomly taking numbers, the right-side is also taking numbers from the script but that side is aligned correctly.

When I switch Legacy Content from ‘Always’ to ‘Never’ the exact same happens but then the other way around, the right-side won’t be functioning and the left-side will.

I tried disabling caching plugins etc. but all without any succes. I’m also using a custom-theme so it can’t be intervering with any sort of theme since it’s a clean-slate.

Any help and or feedback would be appreciated!

Greetings,
Jos

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Jos,

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?

I’m also using a custom-theme so it can’t be intervering with any sort of theme since it’s a clean-slate.

Can you please try temporarily changing theme just to rule it out? I know it’s extremely unlikely but this can still be the cause for the issue you’re experiencing.

    Thanks for your reply.

Here’s a page where the problem exists: https://veldhuisadvies.nl/kwaliteit/. If you scroll down a little on the page you see a couple of light-grey backgrounds which are supposed to stretch the full browser, which they don’t. When you resize the window you will see them flickering left and right and changing random widths.

I’ve tried temporarily changing the theme, but without any succes.

    Hi Jos,

Would it be possible for you to send me an export for the linked website? To do this open up the page in the editor and click Layout button in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Jos,

Thanks. The provided layout works for me without issue – it’s full width where expected.

To confirm, have you tried deactivating all non-SiteOrigin Plugins and disabling your theme to see if that helps? I ask as you stated you disabled caching plugins, but didn’t state you disabled all plugins in general.

Also, is content cache enabled for you? You can check this by navigating to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and open the Content tab. Ensure Content Cache is unticked.
