Full screen Hero image for Genesis Parallax Pro

Hey! I’m trying to add a Hero image to my home page in Genesis theme Parallax Pro. I am adding it as a background image, full size, but it will not appear as full screen, so I’m getting lots of white space around the image, which is annoying as my whole theme is wide screen. Does this not work in my theme? I have read other support comments for other themes about changing the row layout to full screen but I do not have this option to change the row layout, only image size and height. Am I missing something?

    Hi,

    Please open the row housing the hero widget and head over to the row styles sidebar. Open the Layout settings group and set the Row Layout to Full Width Stretched and save.

    If that doesn’t help, do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?
