Front page is not responsive at mobiles

Please guys, can somebody help me? I’m doing this following website www.pprogestao.com.br at PageBuilder from WordPress, however the responsive design doesn’t work at mobiles. I don’t know why, every box “responsive” is enabled.
Also, the transparent header doesn’t work neither and the menu has a lot of problems to appear well.

    Hi Rafaela,

    I’ve just had a quick look at your website and it’s coming as responsive for me. Did you manage to fix this issue? If not, can you please clarify what device you’re using?

    Regarding your header, the issues you’re experiencing are likely as a result of how the header is being made transparent. You should set a rgba background color rather than adjusting the opacity directly as adjusting the opacity can cause issues.
