Front-End is not visible after updating WordPress

Hello,

we just updated WordPress and it seems that this Page wie builded with SiteOrigin PageBuilder is not visible anymore: http://www.wissensschule.de/traum-beruf-finden/

We can edit the Page, all content is avalible in the back end, we can preview all Elements in the back end but it does not show up on the front end page. Any suggestions what to do? We’re really in trouble.

Kind Regards,
LLB

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi LLB,

Is your theme custom made, or did you purchase it?

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

Hey Alex, thank you very much for your Message — unfortunately we couldn’t fix the problem. We disabled all Plug-Ins but nothing showed up. Our theme works great with SiteOrigin on other Projects and other pages on http://www.wissensschule.de — so that’s really tricky. We checked the page with our developer Browser and found out that all ressources (Images, Buttons, Text) we defined in the Grid is there; but it does not show up.

Do you habe any further suggestions?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi LLB,

I just checked your markup – do you have a cache plugin installed?

Could you send me a screenshot of the issue you’ve described so I can get a better idea of what’s going on? Also, would it also be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.

Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that. Please note I’ll still need the screenshot so I have a frame of reference.

    Hey Alex,

Data is on it’s way via E-Mail. Thank you very much for your help. Please be careful due to the fact that it is a clients project. Screenshot attached.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi LLB,

I didn’t receive any login details but upon further inspection, it’s an issue with your theme. Okay it’s not a conflict, it’s JavaScript issue.

    Stick is found at yourdomain.de/wp-content/themes/headway/library/design/media/js/sticky.js

Either disable that theme functionality (as it’s broken) or correct the error to resolve this issue.
