Hi

I am getting a 403 error on my website when trying to access any editing facility such edit pages or customising the theme. It just comes up with:

Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access (and then the page in question)

I turned off all plugins and then reinstalled them all and it was only when the Page Builder plugin was reactivated that it broke the site. I then turned them all off again and only turned on that plugin and again, it made me unable to edit any pages.

I am running WordPress 5.3.1 and have Site Origin 2.10.13 installed.

The plugin came with the theme I am using (Veronica by Devclick) and I am running the latest version of the theme.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Did your theme recommend Page Builder by SiteOrigin or bundle it? Do you see Page Builder by SiteOrigin version 2.10.13 when viewing your plugins list?

    Try reaching out to your hosts. Let them know about the issue and ask if they can check your ModSecurity logs for false positives.
