Hello, I am using Copr theme, and I have 3 widgets for the footer, but I would like to adjust the widths so that the 3rd (last one) is wider- example: 20% / 30% / 50%
I tried some options after browsing the support forum here, but nothing is working.
Also, the text content of the widgets align left by default, and that’s ok for the desktop view – but can they be centered when viewed on smaller screens?
Hi Heather
Thanks for reaching out.
If you have Page Builder by SiteOrigin activated, one option might be to insert a Layout Builder widget into the footer area. That’ll allow you to specify the column widths. Within the Layout Builder, you can edit the row you’ve inserted, open the Attributes panel on the right and enter
text-align: center
into the Mobile CSS Declarations field. If you have an active SiteOrign Premium license we’re able to assist with a Custom CSS solution in place of using a Layout Builder widget.
I will try that! Thank you
Sure, no problem :)
Hello again,
I have inserted the Layout Builder in a widget for the footer: one horizontal row, divided into 3 columns, I add a widget to each column (cell)… but they appear stacked vertically on the left of the footer.
Is there a configuration setting I am missing? Thank you!
Nevermind!! I’m sorry, I had CSS from something I had been trying before that was affecting the footer layout. It now appears as it should.
