Footer not boxed in Vantage

I am rebuilding my website, the footer in the Spanish and Portuguese versions does appear boxed – I have invested hours and hours, no solution. Anyone know how to resolve it? www.transnational-borders.com

    The footer is being outputted outside of the page wrapper on the problem pages. Please, try doing a plugin conflict test. Temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin, in that state, does the issue persist?
