Hi
Just testing out SiteOrigin CSS with Bricks Builder.
Seems to ignore any font sizes set in the Global Theme Builder and is reporting incorrectly the font sizes.
If I inspect using Web Developer or use other Chrome plugins such as Show Me the Styles all report sizes correctly.
Are you planning to update your plugin for this?
Thanks
Hi Keith
Thanks for reaching out.
Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?
Hi
It is currently a staging site taht I am testing SIteOrigin CSS with.
I cant put that url on public forum – can I send it you separately?
Hi Keith
Thanks for your reply.
Our free support tier is public. We’re able to offer private support via email within our SiteOrigin Premium support scope.
CSS investigation usually requires us to inspect the page markup. If you’d like to send a few screenshots instead, we’ll do our best. Screenshots can be uploaded to Imgur.com, WeTransfer.com, or any online site. Please, share the link/s here and we’ll take look.
Kind regards
Andrew
Hi
Well, I’m not going to consider paid support for a plugin that I am only currently testing to see if it is any good!…
Currently, I believe it is not working properly.
I will leave it with you to decide to investigate further or not (before other people report the same bug).
Cheers
Hi Keith
Thanks for your reply and feedback.
SiteOrigin CSS is almost an entirely free plugin. SiteOrigin Premium extends SiteOrigin CSS with the Web Font Selector Addon and email support.
We do our utmost to offer the best free support can within the budget and resources we have available. Privately shared files and URLs are a part of our premium support offering. If you’d ever like to send over screenshots or a link to any live site showing the issue; we’d be more than happy to take a look and get to the bottom of the problem.
Kind regards
Andrew
