Trying out premium for the first time and I can’t seem to find a function to bold, italics, or underline site title text or body text titles, etc.

To get a text editor widget in Page Builder install: http://wordpress.org/plugins/black-studio-tinymce-widget/ and then search and insert the Visual Editor widget.
