followed install video but still install of premium vantage fails

I just purchased vantage premium and followed your video on installing. I still get fail. Pls help!

I also already tried to upload the zip using the order number w/o success.

    Hi Barb

    Sorry to hear about the hassle.

    The easiest way to upgrade is to go to Appearance > Vantage Premium, click Already Paid? top right, enter your order number in the field provided and follow the prompts to upgrade. This assumes you have Vantage Free activated.

    If, for any reason, you have hassles with auto-upgrade, move over to manually upgrading. Download a fresh copy of the Vantage ZIP here:

    Go to Appearance > Themes, switch to any other theme. Hover over Vantage, click Theme Details > Delete bottom right. Install the ZIP via Appearance > Themes > Add New: Upload Theme > Activate.

    Upgrading via the first step I outlined is the first step to try. Manually upgrading using the ZIP file is only necessary if you have problems with auto upgrading.
