Floating Navigation Bar

Hello

I am trying to make a very simple website which allows customers to search where to purchase our product.

I am using a map plugin in the Unwind theme.

When on a mobile device and clicking the an option in the plugin which opens a pop up the navigation bar hovers over the top.

Is there any way of fixing this?
