The CSS can be found in north.js. if you’re looking to replace or adjust this functionality, I recommend disabling it in the theme to prevent conflicts with your version of the code. To clarify, you can disable this functionality by navigating to WP AdminAppearanceCustomize, Theme SettingsNavigation and untick Sticky Menu scales logo.
As always, please do not directly edit core theme files. Instead, use a child theme.
