Hi,
I’m in need of advice in how best to implement a fixed sidebar as shown at the attached url.

Is it possible to achieve the information density and functionality with Page Builder, or should I explore building a child theme? I currently have Vantage Premium in place as I build my site at framella.wpengine.com

    Something like would require custom development or a plugin. I recommend looking for a plugin first:
