Fix for no site inspector with Photocrati and Nextgen?

10 years ago · Last reply by Alex S 10 years ago

Just trying SO CSS Editor and can’t get past first base because there is no site inspector. The forum has a 7 month old post saying its due to Nextgen. All my sites use nextgen. Is there a fix for the conflict with Photocrati and Nextgen?

    Hi patbell101,

It’s difficult for us to actively attend to plugin conflicts in a timely manner due factors out of our own control. Have you reported this issue to Nextgen, or Photocrati? That might help speed up the process.

Unfortunately their reply was to use the built in inspector for Chrome of firefox.

A great shame because I tried SO CSS editor by disabling Nextgen Gallery and it is much easier than figuring out which is the correct identifier etc. I do hope you can fix the incompatibility.

    Hi Patbell101,

That’s really disappointing. :( I’ll try and get this issue bumped up but I can’t promise anything at this point Pat.

Is there anything else I can help you with today?

    Hi Patbell101,

I’ve got good news for you Pat; We’ve fixed the compatibility issues with NextGEN in our most recent version (which is live now). :)
