Fine tune the “Full Screen image as Viewport” code

Hi there!

I was trying to apply the code in here https://siteorigin.com/thread/feature-request-site-origin-hero-full-screen-image-as-viewport/ to a page where I’m using Hero Image widget and I needed that full screen functionality.

I have found two issues that maybe they have an easy fix. First of all is that you have to resize the window in order for the image to fit the whole viewport. The other is that it adds the height of the navigation bar so the image is larger than the viewport.

Any suggestions to get this to work?

    Thanks for posting. Unfortunately, from our side, this is still a feature request. You could perhaps post on the thread linked in your question and see if frafor can lend a hand. We’d love to dive into modifications/enhancements like this but, unfortunately, need to stick to existing functionality here on the forums.
