Find & Replace Function

Is there a way to go through my site and do a Find/Replace as you would with Word or Excel?

Basically I want to find any occurrence of one word and change it to a different word. Not sure if there is a plugin that does this or a way to do it within the back end of the theme?

    I haven’t used a plugin for this in the past so can’t recommend one. Here is where you might start looking:

    Reviews and number of active installs are good metrics to look at. Hope you’re able to make progress on this.
