Features Widget Not Displayed Properly on Website

Hi,

I am not sure what happened and what caused it, but ever since I updated my iOS to Sierra 10.12.2, all the content built with the Features Widget on the website (pixelplanning.com) got messed up. It all looked ok from the preview and from the browser (that’s logged into wordpress), but for general users, the format is all messed up. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Thank you!

    Hi Pixel,

I’ve had a quick look at your website and everything seems to be functioning correctly. Is this issue still occurring for you? If so, are you able to replicate this on a different device and/or computer?

    Hi Alex,

Thank you for looking into this. We have removed all the SiteOrigin Features widgets from our home page and replaced them with alternatives, as the problem persists across various types of browsers and devices. It’s not ideal but we had to make it work.

That said, we kept a backup copy of the original home page: http://pixelplanning.com/home-backup. Try viewing the page in a Chrome or Firefox regular or incognito window, and you can see that the display is still messed up. If you know what’s causing this and/or how to fix it, we would very much appreciate it, as we still prefer this widget over the alternatives if it works right.

    Thank you!

    Hi Pixel,

This issue is being caused by the Features widget being unable to fetch their styling.

Try changing something (be it an icon, or a design setting) to see if that allows for the widget styling to be generated.

If that doesn’t help, can you please check the permissions of the wp-content/uploads/siteorigin-widgets directory? It should be 755. If you need help with this, please contact your hosting provider.
