Features widget bundle not showing but is active

Hi, I’m trying to use a page builder layout which uses the features widget bundle.

It is active in my widgets, but when I use the layout, it says it is inactive. When I try to delete that widget and add it manually, it doesn’t show in the widgets that I can add.

Everything is up to date on my site, including your plugins.

This is really frustrating, what’s going on? I see no reason this shouldn’t work.

    To clarify, these are the only widgets I see when I go to add widgets:
    widgets

    And these are the active widgets:
    Active widgets

    I see no reason for this, and I assume that I’ll be told to deactivate other plugins on the site, which isn’t really an option for me. Just doesn’t make sense that I can’t add a widget that is active in your setup.

    Hi Brian,

    Are you able to use the SiteOrigin Features widget if you temporarily change theme? I know that may sound odd but there a few themes that will override certain widgets of ours in favor of you using the theme specific widgets.
