Features not showing images, only icons
The Features widget is not showing my images. It only works with the pre-loaded icons.

7Hi Brett,
Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?
Hey Alex,
Sure, here is the “work in progress homepage”. http://www.tuscifm.com/homepage-work-in-progress/
There are supposed to be two 160×160 circular images as the icons, but only the pre-loaded graphic icons seem to be working.
The feature section in question is under the “Meet the Team” section about halfway down the page.
Hi Brettm
This problem looks to be a caching issue. The first thing to check is server-side caching through plugins like W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, etc. If you have any of these caching/performance plugins installed, try clearing their cache and see if that helps.
It might also be browser cache. Try clearing your browser cache, and then refreshing the page to see if that helps.
You can read more about this sort of issue on the WordPress codex.
I already had W3 Total Cache plugin installed, so I purged the cache for the page, then the site. That didn’t help. I also cleared my Chrome browser cache with no luck. :()
Hi Brett,
To clarify, what is your container size set too? If it’s set to 0 (or empty) try setting it to an amount higher than the icon – for example, 100. How does that look?
If that doesn’t work, would it be possible for you to send me an export for this widget? To do this open up the page with the widget and click layout in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.
BINGO!
I had the container size set to 0. Guess I figured because I was using my own image icon, I didn’t need a container.
Thanks so much Alex!
