Hi folks,
Have a weird one on a website I’ve been asked to look at. One of the Featured Page blocks on a page is displaying the DIV tags for the page it’s attempting to render.
There are a total of 6 Featured Page blocks on the same page, yet only one is displaying the DIV tags. The others are rendering correctly.
The site/page is https://lizziewagner.com.au/our-services/corporate-training/ and you can see the issue for the block titled “Self Awareness & Human Relations”
It’s also happening on other pages, but if we can figure out the reason why on this one, then it’s likely the same on others.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!
Hi, thanks for posting your question.
The widget in question isn’t authored by SiteOrigin. Do you know if the widget is bundled with your theme or added by a plugin? If the widget is added by CargoPress you can perhaps try temporarily deactivating all plugins except for Page Builder and the Widgets Bundle to see if the issue persists.
Thank you Andrew. I was unaware that widget was not a part of SiteOrigin.
Will check with the crew at CargoPress. Appears that theme hasn’t been updated since July 2022.
Sure, no problem.
The WordPress core, themes, and plugins can add widgets. If the widget in question is added by your theme, you’ll see it available/editable in Page Builder when all plugins are deactivated (except for Page Builder and the Widgets Bundle). I recommend running the test above before contacting the theme author.
