Featured Image – Vantage Theme
How can I stop the Featured Image from being shown on top of blog post. I like that it shows up in blog feed but then when I pull up the actual post the featured image is up top and usually blown out.
Thanks!

7Hi Greg
You can de-activate it at Appearance > Theme Settings > Blog: Featured Image.
Hope that helps.
Will that take it out of my blog feed as well though? I want it to show up there just not in blog itself.
You could perhaps then hide the featured image on the single post page with Custom CSS:
.single .entry-thumbnail { display: none; }I tested with Feedly now and there is still an image associated with each post when I disable featured images on single posts but I’m not sure if Feedly is just pulling an image from the post body as I do have images added there. So the CSS fix above is worth a try.
Perhaps test both and let me know how it goes.
I will try that and post back. Thanks so much for the quick responses! I really appreciate you guys.
Super, hope that helps.
That worked!
THANK YOU!
Win. Glad to hear it. All the best.
