Featured Image on Vantage Theme

Hi Andrew,

My website https://vincentongvirtualhomes.com is using Vantage Version: 1.19.2. Adding new post and page, or editing an published page, the featured image check box is missing in Page settings.

Using Page Source,
is missing

Please advice. Thank you
