Featured image is not displaying full width

Hello.
My case is that I have the full-width featured image set in the Vantage theme. All those featured images I have always uploaded to 1080 long and vary somewhat in height. But surprisingly, today they have appeared smaller and located to the left in all the posts and pages of the site, such as https://www.gpssports.es/smartwatch-con-ecg/.
To verify these, I have checked the media library and they are correctly at 1080, but have apparently been reduced to 720×380.
The web comes 2 years running without problems until today, that I have come across this.
In case you can help identify the bug, yesterday I updated WordPress 5.6.2 and lately I have not added any plugins.
Thanks and regards

Before I continue with this, I want to say that I have been able to solve the problem.

It simply had a widget added on the right side, although it was not visible as no sidebar was activated. I think the theme interpreted that there was a sidebar and reduced the featured image. This has been like this for a long time, so I imagine it was some update that has misconfigured it.

Anyway, thank you very much and greetings.
