Hello community. I have a problem. I use Vantage premium and the page builder. And i can’t use featured images anymore. If i do so, the page is loading, but nothing happens at all. I also cant refresh the page, it then tells me the refreshing failed.

    Hi Oliver,

    This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

    If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

    If that doesn’t help, can you please clarify what version of Vantage Premium you’re using? You can check this by navigating to WP AdminAppearanceThemes and click the Vantage thumbnail. Theme info will pop up on your screenshot and you’ll see the version number next to the theme name.
