this wont install WordPress refuses to activate it.. i did delete and reload also

and i cannot upgrade wordpresss further because the php versions on the site

Hi, thanks for reaching out.
The WordPress minimum PHP supported version is 5.6.20. PHP version 7.4 is recommended. Perhaps check in your hosting control panel or with your hosts directly which version of PHP is being used on your server. You can also use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/server-ip-memory-usage/ to find out.

I found a way to take it to 7.4 and now seems to be ok
